Black Friday Special 2024 – Terms and Conditions

• Offer Duration: The Black Friday Special (the “Offer”) ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on Friday, December 6, 2024.
• Eligibility:
  • This Offer is available exclusively to “end-users” (the “Customer”). Dealers are not eligible for the gift card promotion.
  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
  • This Offer is open to U.S. residents only.
• Qualifying Purchases:
  • Customers must purchase qualifying products listed in the Black Friday Special during the Offer period.
  • Purchases must be made through Authorized Dealers.
  • Each customer may purchase up to three (3) sets of qualifying wheels under this Offer.
• Proof of Purchase Requirements:
  • The customer must submit Proof of Purchase (invoice showing qualifying products and a valid credit card or cash receipt) to [email protected], with the subject line: “Black Friday Special Claims.”, Or fill out the redemption form on the website, https://blackfriday.kg1forged.com . Claims submitted without proper Proof of Purchase will be denied.
• Redemption Period:
  • Customers have two (2) months from the Offer end date (until February 6, 2025) to submit all required documents and claim their gift card. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
• Payment Terms:
  • Payment for qualifying products must be made at the time of purchase using an authorized credit card or ACH payment.
• Offer Limitations:
  • Qualifying products are available in limited supply. Substitutions for other products are not permitted under this Offer.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
  • This Offer is void where prohibited by law.
• Additional Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with their purchase.
  • Customers are also responsible for any installation, mounting, or balancing fees.
  • Taxes (local, state, or federal) related to the gift card are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Gift Card Terms:
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced, and no credit will be issued.
  • Customers are solely responsible for the use of any issued gift card.
• Stock and Availability: KG1 Forged does not guarantee that all qualifying products will be available at all Authorized Dealers. Customers should check product availability with their local dealer.
• Returns Policy: All purchases made under this Offer are FINAL. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Agreement to Terms: By purchasing qualifying products under this Offer, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
